  • Financial details (e.g. income, expenses, and/or credit history) needed as part of the request for some of EFP products/services;

  • Images/videos of documents/photos required to avail any of our products/services;

  • Voice recordings of conversations with EFP customer care agent by you to address your queries/grievances;

  • Specimen signature(s) or consent for the processing your request.

USAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Subject to applicable laws, YA FINANCIAL SERVICES ay use your Personal Data in its business operations to perform, among other actions, the following:

  • To check and process your requests submitted to YA FINANCIAL SERVICES for products/services and/or instructions or requests received from you in respect of these products/services;
